The dress has a beautiful & unique design, but the model in the picture has to be over 6' tall. I'm 5'7", 128 lbs, and ordered a size medium. The fit was just right for the torso, but the skirt length was quite long. The bottom of the taupe area hit my knee, with the sheer area hitting the bottom of my calf. (Notice the sheer area hits the model's knee.) I'll be altering the sheer area so that it's shorter on me. Also, the torso has a sheer strip between the taupe and ambrosia (coral) areas. It exposes the top of my bra cup and the "V" in the middle plunges below my bra strap. VERY inconvenient if you're the type of girl who prefers not to let the world know what your bra looks like. Perhaps a cami might fix it, but that would take away from the elegance, or I might have the tailor add a panel of material on the inside. It just seems that for the price paid, I should get a dress that's functional & I shouldn't have to take it to a tailor. Because it's a princess waistline, I recommend this dress for curvy girls, especially in the hips. Lastly, the dress sent to me was not quality checked. In the sheer "V" on the torso, the material was crinkled & could not be hidden or fixed due to the crepe design. I'm exchanging it for that reason. Otherwise, the dress is beautiful.
