RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to accept returns on saleable, unworn merchandise to their respective place of purchase, in accordance with the policies outlined below.

All in-store orders must be returned in stores; all online orders must be returned by mail to our warehouse.

In-store purchases made between February 1st-March 31st can now be returned 120 days from date of purchase.

Online purchases made between February 1st-May 31st can make returns 60 days from date of shipment.

Please be advised that online purchases made after May 31st will resume back to the 30-day return policy from date of shipment. Returns for in-store purchases will resume to our 30-day policy when stores reopen.

Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return.

IN-STORE RETURNS

We gladly accept in-store returns of full-price items purchased at BCBGMAXAZRIA within 120 days of purchase. We accept in-store exchanges on items purchased at BCBGMAXAZRIA Factory Stores, with the exception of clearance merchandise, within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, may only be returned to the originating store.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn and unused, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - DOMESTIC ORDERS

START RETURN

For easy returns through bcbg.com, click the “START RETURN” button above. You will need your order number and billing zip code to process your return.

Once applicable item(s) and reason for return have been provided, you will be able to generate a pre-paid return shipping label for a fee of $7.00 per label, to be deducted from your total refund.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To return an international order, please email guestservices@us.bcbg.com with your name, email and order number, noting the items you wish to return, including product number, size and description, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

You will receive an email with instructions for returning the parcel along with details on the amount you will be refunded. Please allow 24 hours for the prepaid label to be processed and sent via email.

If you choose to return an item, our international shipping partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original price paid in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order less the costs of shipping, taxes and duties.
