Borderfree is a groundbreaking global e-commerce solution that allows us to present our international shoppers with product prices in that country’s currency for most locations, aggressive international shipping costs, accurate and guaranteed taxes and duties and the lowest possible guaranteed order total. The Borderfree solution allows us to serve the best possible shopping experience to our international customers, so you can always buy from us with certainty.
How Do I make a Purchase?
Shopping with bcbg.com is easy; just add selected items to your shopping bag, then click "Shopping Bag" at the top right-hand corner of your browser window. To add items to your shopping bag:
- Click the desired item and select the applicable size and quantity from the dropdown menu.
- Click the "Add to Bag" button.
- Click on the "Shopping Bag" icon at the upper right-hand corner of the screen to view the items in your bag.
To continue shopping, simply click the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the box; to proceed to check out, click "Check Out".
To check out, click "Shopping Bag" at the top right-hand corner of your browser window. You will see the merchandise you have selected, including each item’s price.
To exit out of your shopping bag and continue browsing, click the "Continue Shopping" button at the lower left-hand corner of the screen. To continue checking out, click on "Proceed to Purchase".
Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or alter an order that you have already placed.
Do I need to create an account to place an International order?
No. You do not need to create an account to place your international order; you can place international orders as a guest. Once you click "Proceed to Purchase", simply follow the steps in checkout where you will provide your Shipping and Billing information to complete the order.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your basket and click the Proceed to Purchase button. Borderfree calculates and displays the order total in designated Borderfree currency for your country, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the United States to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Select countries will have an "UNPAID" mention for taxes and duties, where the customer will be required to pay duties and taxes, along with any collection fees, to the shipping carrier upon receipt of the package.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
The order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery for most countries. Select countries will have an "UNPAID" mention for taxes and duties, where the customer will be required to pay duties and taxes, along with any collection fees, to the shipping carrier upon receipt of the package. The order total (merchandise landed cost) cannot be guaranteed at checkout. If the due charges are not paid COD, the merchandise will be returned back to BCBGMAXAZRIA and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
What currencies does Borderfree support?
Currently, Borderfree supports billing in over 60 global currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis.
What payment options does Borderfree support?
Currently, Borderfree supports Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, JCB, Interac Online, Alipay, Qiwi, iDEAL, Sofort Banking and UnionPay Online Payment.
What are my international shipping options?
You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
What will my credit card statement say?
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree and your credit card statement will read "BF*BCBG.com" where "BF" denotes the Borderfree network.

Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally shipped orders.

How do I make a return?
To obtain a return label, you must follow the directions of our online return process. Once you have your packing slip and return label, simply follow the directions on your packing slip.
- Email email@example.com with your name, email and order number, noting the items you wish to return, including product number, size and description, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- You will receive an email with instructions for returning the parcel along with details on the amount you will be refunded. Please allow 24 hours for the prepaid label to be processed and sent via email.
- Please print this label and affix it to the return package and follow instructions on the Return Merchandise Authorization email.
When returning products, you are responsible for all return fees, including shipping cost for returning the products, taxes and duties.

What is your return policy for international orders?
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days. See “How do I make a return?” for additional information regarding our return process. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. See below for additional information regarding our return policy:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order is received.
- When returning products, you are responsible for all return fees, including shipping cost for returning the products, taxes and duties.
- Items purchased on bcbg.com cannot be returned or exchanged at BCBGMAXAZRIA retail stores or partner stores.
- All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original shoe box.
- Swimwear must be returned with the original sanitary lining and packaging intact.
Returns and Cancellations will be processed back by Borderfree to your original form of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return at our returns facility in the United States for your credit to be processed with your financial institution.
