To obtain a return label, you must follow the directions of our online return process. Once you have your packing slip and return label, simply follow the directions on your packing slip. See below for details about the return process.
Following the online return process you will be emailed a pre-paid return shipping label. Please print this label and affix it to the return package.

All returns must be made within the time period specified in our return policy and in new, unworn condition. Some product categories also have additional return requirements; see below for details.
All shoes must be worn on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered a part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
In order for us to accept returns on swimwear, the original packaging and sanitary lining must be intact and undamaged.
Fragrance products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and must be returned using ground transportation.
Any returns received after 90 days will be returned to sender.
Our gift card program is on the way! Until then, returns for any item you receive as a gift will be credited back to the purchaser’s original form of payment; please contact us if you have any additional questions.
All returns for items purchased on bcbg.com must be processed through our Web returns center; items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in-store.
Unfortunately, bcbg.com is unable to process returns for items purchased at BCBGMAXAZRIA stores through our Web returns center. Please return your items to the store where you purchased them or to the store closest to your home. Click here to locate a store near you. Please note that items purchased at a BCBGMAXAZRIA boutique cannot be returned to a Factory store or department store. You may return in-store purchases within 10 days in exchange for store credit.*
BCBGMAXAZRIA merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to that store. Please contact the individual retailer for their return policy.
*Please note that this policy does not apply to Factory stores, sale merchandise, swimwear, footwear, handbags, or accessories. For information on returning or exchanging these items, please contact the store where you purchased them.
If an item that you have purchased from bcbg.com goes on temporary sale or is permanently marked down within 10 days from the date of your purchase, you may contact us for a one-time price adjustment on that item. Credit will be applied back to your original form of payment.
If you place an order during a promotion and would like to exchange your item for a different size but still retain the sale price, simply contact us within our 30-day return window to process an exchange.
We are unable to offer price adjustments for BCBGMAXAZRIA merchandise purchased at BCBGMAXAZRIA boutiques or other stores. Please contact the store directly for assistance.
